We are seeking a dedicated and driven professional to j team, providing exceptional support in our renewal and sales services. In this role, you will assist in renewing products, upselling promotional items for our clients, and delivering outstanding customer service to end consumers.

We are looking for experienced contact centre advisors who thrive in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment. If you are self-motivated, confident, and proactive, with a strong ability to meet targets and a positive, outgoing attitude, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and able to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volumes of sales calls on behalf of our clients.
  • Utilize various omni-channels to enhance the customer sales journey.
  • Upsell promotional items and offers for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide relevant solutions.
  • Direct general inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Provide professional follow-up services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Confidently handle objections and resolve problems.
  • Understand customer needs to provide tailored support.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clear, effective information to prospective customers.
  • Close sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Manage your own conversion rates and targets.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases.
  • Support email and text marketing campaigns.
  • Be adaptable to changes in campaigns and products.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Prior experience in B2C telemarketing, telesales, or customer service (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
  • An excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • A self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Confident in selling products/services and negotiating with customers.
