What Youll Do:
As the Reception/Sales Support Staff, youll be the welcoming face that greets their customers and ensures they have a memorable experience. Heres what your role entails:
- Welcome and assist customers: Make every customer feel at home by providing a warm welcome and ensuring their comfort in their showroom.
- Deliver exceptional customer service: Offer professional, courteous, and personalised assistance to meet the needs of each customer.
- Build strong relationships: Engage with customers, understand their home improvement needs, and guide them through their wide range of products.
- Stay Organised: Handle administrative tasks and keep their showroom running smoothly.
Your working hours:
This part-time role is 4 working days a week with 2 days during the week and weekend / Bank Holidays as essential working days. Every 3 in 4 weekends you will have the weekend off and complete your working days through the week.

Theyre seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and has strong organisational skills. Heres what theyre looking for:
- Experience: Previous experience in reception or customer service roles is ideal.
