KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Chef De Partie for our client based in Shavington.
As a Chef De partie you will be working Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
The rate of pay as a Chef De Partie is:
- £13.00 - £15.00 p/h pending experience
Duties and responsibilities as a Chef De Partie are:
- Support, organise, mentor and train members of the kitchen team as required in line with company procedures
- Ensuring food preparation and control meets requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
- Support manager in maintaining up to date product and menu knowledge, and maintain a high standard of food preparation and presentation, ensuring portion and quality control
- Responsible for collecting and checking deliveries as required and placing them into the appropriate storage areas
- Responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness of all areas in the kitchen and of equipment
- Provide support to other members of the kitchen and front of house team as required
- To carry out any other reasonable request made by management
The ideal candidate for a Chef De Partie would need:
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (must have)
- Experience as a Chef De Partie
- Be able to stay calm under pressure
- A good eye for detail/ presentation
- Valid DBS check
