- Be the first point of contact for inbound technical enquiries, providing outstanding customer support.
- Select and present detailed technical solutions to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Manage first-tier technical email inquiries with precision and timeliness.
- Collaborate with Technical and Sales colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
- Create comprehensive 'project packs' or 'schedules' to aid customers in their installation processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Who You Are:
- Organised and self-motivated, with a knack for common sense solutions.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who thrives on interaction.
- Adaptable and willing to help, with a strong sense of accountability.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous customer telephone experience.
- Proficient in email inbox management.
- Relevant English qualifications.
- A background in a technical product environment is advantageous, but not essential as all training will be provided.
