- Assist in managing cash flow, including handling cash, processing payments, and maintaining financial records.
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the pub and attract new customers.
- Utilise social media and other digital platforms to engage with customers and promote events and offers.
- Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, and online content.
- Coordinate with local businesses and community organisations to create partnerships and promotional opportunities.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub or bar setting.
