Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management

  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering stock, monitoring usage, and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Staff Management
  • Support the Pub Manager in recruiting, training, and managing staff, ensuring a high level of performance and morale.
  • Assist in creating staff schedules and managing workload distribution to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff, recognizing achievements and addressing any areas for improvement.

Customer Service
  • Ensure that all customers receive a warm and friendly welcome, delivering exceptional service at all times.
