Description
- Maintaining and improving the performance of all plant equipment.
- Identifying and implementing improvements on equipment.
- Ensuring all engineering works are carried out in a professional and efficient manner.
- Adhering to company health and safety policies.
- Assisting with the training of junior team members.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.
- Reporting to the Engineering Manager about daily tasks and challenges.
- Participating in the creation of preventive maintenance strategies.
