Description
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and production systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in machinery and production systems.
- Improve production systems to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to solve complex problems.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Provide technical advice to production staff.
- Participate in the implementation of new projects.
Profile
A successful Multi-Skilled Engineer should have:
- A relevant Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Excellent technical knowledge of production systems and machinery.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
