What is expected?
You will report into the service manager and responsible for carrying out servicing, breakdowns and thorough examinations on external customer sites.
Here is a snapshot of some of your responsibilities: -
- Responsible for service and repair work
- Site visits across Stoke area
- Carry out site specific risk assessments as required.
- Comply with the safe systems of work and procedures.
- Ensure that feedback is given to customers.
- Completed all the necessary paperwork after each site visit.
What would make you a perfect fit?
- A sound mechanical engineering background is essential especially with material handling products.
- Strong customer facing experience.
- Experience with plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural, or similar equipment
