Office Administrator Role Overview
As the Office Administrator, you will be working as part of a small team and will be responsible of overseeing the day to day administration to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is a busy role and requires someone who is effective and can work at speed.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters
- Dealing with enquiries and complaints effectively
- Assist with quotations and processing invoices.
- Scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and handling correspondence
- Providing administrative support to the wider teams, training new members of staff
- Managing inboxes, databases, and ensure spreadsheets are kept up to date
Office Administrator Experience Required
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong typing and IT Skills
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Excellent organisation skills
