- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing top-notch service and assistance.
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer records in our database with precision.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes and reports.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with our production team to track inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:
