What You'll Do:
As Showroom Sales Support Staff, you will be the welcoming face that greets customers and ensures they have an unforgettable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcome and assist customers: Make every customer feel at home by providing a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring their comfort as they explore the showroom.
- Deliver exceptional customer service: Offer professional, courteous, and personalised assistance to meet the needs of each customer.
- Build strong relationships: Engage with customers, understand their home improvement needs, and guide them through the extensive range of products.
- Stay organised: Handle administrative tasks and help keep the showroom running smoothly and efficiently.

Your Working Hours:
This part-time role offers flexibility, but please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are essential working days. The showroom is open:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am 5:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am 4:00 pm
