Roles and responsibilities
- Ensure that stocks of materials are available
- Complete regular physical stock checks
- Support the good in and goods out function by liaising with the supply chain planner
- Complete all quality checks and associated documentation as advised by line management
- Keep accurate maintenance of purchase orders
- Keep the stock management systems up to date, stock management of all packaging and ingredients to be maintained in a first in first out system
- Maintain an audit-ready level of environmental hygiene in the warehouse and storage areas
Skills and Experience
- Experience within a Food Manufacturing facility desirable
- 2+ years in a stock control position
