Details of the role:
- Visiting housebuilding sites throughout the midlands to meet with Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors to create and build new relationships.
- Developing relationships with key external stakeholders
- Increasing the awareness of the companies profile with a particular focus on getting on approved supplier lists for tenders
- Following up on tenders priced by estimating team and negotiating price to secure contracts
- The services to be promoted are landscaping, fencing, maintenance and cleaning
- Working with each of our 3 regions to ensure communication between the business development is smooth and efficient to ensure best possible delivery of our services
- Working closely with our Estimating division to ensure tenders are delivered, chased up to ensure timescales and deadlines are met to maximise chances of securing contracts
- Role will be reporting into Business Development Manager
- Supporting regions with winning of small works on site (training will be provided to help price the services we provide)
