- Working hours Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week with 50% travel with the possibility for overnight stays during the week
Duties and responsibilities:
- As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service
- Travelling to customer sites for installation, service, and repair of our cutting-edge instrumentation
- Representing our client with professionalism and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Completing thorough site reports in a timely manner
- Receiving comprehensive factory training on instruments
- Providing training to customers on the operation of equipment
About You: We are looking for someone with prior experience working with instrumentation (experience with gas analysers is desirable but not essential). A love for travel is a must, along with flexibility for overnight stays during the week. You should also be willing to participate in our on-call service rota for key customers.
