We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in working with children and young people spanning the age spectrum from 0 to 25 years. Approximately 40% of our caseload pertains to pre-school children, making it imperative for candidates to possess specialized experience in this particular age group. Additionally, candidates should possess a background in offering guidance and assistance to educational institutions, focusing on strategies and provisions that cater to a broad array of needs across four key areas:

Our role is situated within various educational settings, including pre-schools, primary schools, secondary schools, and both mainstream and special needs colleges. Therefore, we are seeking candidates who possess a diverse background, having worked across different types of schools, both at the individual student level and on a school-wide level. This experience should include the implementation of evidence-based interventions that promote psychological well-being and enhance educational outcomes. We expect candidates to have a track record of applying person-centered approaches in their work with children, their families, and schools. This involves conducting individual assessments, consultations, and providing training as needed.
