Due to further growth and contract wins, HUBTEX UK is expanding and we are looking for new Business Development Managers to join the team.

Remote working with travel across the North and Midlands, this is a salaried role, with UNCAPPED commission, a fully expensed premium EV car, sick pay, pension and 25 days holiday.

The role would be to grow and expand our market share of Material Handling Equipment, Multidirectional Sideloaders and Automated Forklifts within the UK.

Ideally we are looking for applicants in the North, Midlands or Central Regions, with a background in solution sales of engineering capital equipment.

HUBTEX are a global manufacturer of the most innovative sideloaders, order picking systems and unique multidirectional materials handling solutions including AGV equipment. Our technology is market leading, innovative and of the highest quality, giving HUBTEX customers the solutions they need to keep their businesses ahead of the market.

As a Business Development Manager, candidates would be looking to generate new contacts and leads with blue chip clients in a variety of market sectors. The person will understand the importance of communication and teamwork. Additionally, their selling abilities would ideally be consultative, in order that they can support clients with either individual requirements, or support complete projects from the initial design stages.

The person would be joining a well established, knowledgeable and extremely experienced team.

Ideally, candidates with a good understanding and experience of sales of forklifts, material handling equipment and specialist electric equipment, could suit this role.

HUBTEX provide the highest level of training, including programs carried out at our head office in Fulda, Germany. The successful applicant/s will also be considered for individual training programs to support their personal development.

You will be required to:

  • Be home based, have a full clean licence and happy to travel to sites across a region / the UK.
  • Have experience in sales of either mechanical or electrical engineering equipment, ideally within machinery or material handling or forklifts.

  • Have excellent customer facing skills and a "Can Do" attitude that finds solutions for the client. Offer technical support ether by phone or with a site visit.
  • Applicants must have a good PC knowledge of windows, word / excel outlook.
