Junior L1 Technical Support - Nazeing, Essex

This is an Entry-Level, Junior IT Support opportunity working for a growing Managed Service Provider with expertise in IT Support, Cyber Security, and Unified Communications.

They support thriving businesses across their ICT Infrastructure and are offering a permanent opportunity at minimum wage.

The salary range on offer is 16,546-23,791 in a progressive environment, working fully office based to start. Ideally, a candidate that can start immediately will be desirable.

Main duties will include

Our client prioritises their customers & adapts to their changing needs & landscape within the telecommunications industry.

  • You will be required to re-set PC's
  • You will be expected to attend to technical issues and be able to confidently navigate computers to assist customers
  • Provide basic troubleshooting & guidance to customers to resolve their issues
  • Be able to identify customers challenges, and producing tickets against them

A positive, can-do attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt is highly desirable.

  • A strong understanding of ticketing
  • Adapt to a Level 1 Technical Support role at entry-level
  • Ability to gather & analyse information about customer issues & provide suitable resolutions
  • Ability to reset PC's when required
  • Ability to reset passwords, uninstalling or installing applications
  • Log customer interactions and create support tickets
