Plant / Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)
Location: Coventry
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (Base salary of £40,000, with overtime and on-call pay bringing earnings up to £50,000 per year)
Hours: 40 hours per week, typically between 6am-6pm, with overtime and on-call support as needed
Employment Type: Permanent (Immediate start available)

As a Plant/Maintenance Engineer with an electrical focus, you'll ensure production machinery runs smoothly and efficiently, minimising downtime.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical systems.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults (PLCs, motors, automated systems).
  • Assist with machinery installation and system upgrades.
  • Support process improvements to boost equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide occasional on-call support for emergency repairs (with additional pay).

What You’ll Bring:
