Description
- Oversee daily accounting operations including budgeting, financial forecasting and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support.
- Collaborate with the team to improve financial procedures.
- Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and assist with other financial tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification.
- Proven experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail environment.
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA Qualified
