IMMEDIATE START ADMIN REQUIRED: 

We are currently seeking a General Administrator to join our Quality/Production Department. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, efficient, and possesses basic administration skills. The position offers flexibility in terms of full-time or 4 days per week making it suitable for a wide range of candidates.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage filing and document organisation within the department.
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Support the Quality/Production team by handling administrative requests and queries.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Maintain a system for recording expenses and office supplies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
