Our clientis currently recruiting for several positions at its busy manufacturing facility in Resolven. The company is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join the team as Truss and Joist Manufacturers. While previous experience is preferred, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Laying out timber roof trusses or joists and preparing materials for production

Operating hydraulic or automated presses during the assembly process

Interpreting and working from production drawings and diagrams

Labouring duties- keep work environmenttidy and safe

Maintaining accuracy to meet daily production targets

Collaborating effectively within a team and working independently when required

Performing physical tasks in a fast-paced setting

Being adaptable and willing to carry out additional duties as needed (e.g., yard work or materials picking)
Immediate starts are available for suitable candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and work ethic.
