I am currently recruiting for a small, quality restaurant chain currently who are looking for a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join their strong brigade for their 3AA rosette restaurant close to the stunning South Wales coastline.

The successful Pastry Chef will have pastry experience for 2yrs+within 2/3AA+ rosette level restaurants or 5* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.
