Benefits and Package:* £40,000 - £58,000* Performance bonus up to 10%* Contributory pension* Health cash back plan* 26 days holidays & Bank holidaysOperating on a global scale, this world leading manufacturer of high quality, specialised engineered products are looking to recruit a Lead Engineer for their South Wales facility.This is a newly created role where you will lead a multi-functional team to continuously improve all aspects of plant equipment and personnel, whilst leading projects from concept to handover.Role & Responsibilities will include:Plant & Equipment:* Establishing new production equipment / facilities by project managing small and medium projects from concept to handover. Developing and executing a 5 year capital plan.

Continuous Improvement:* Lead change management associated with CI Project activities, whilst resolving production difficulties by developing and implementing solutions.

Safety & Legislative Compliance* Maintain Compliance relating to legislation affecting site based equipment and activities * Work closely with the HSE team in conducting risk assessments for project implementation, whilst participating in safety assessments - PUWER, LOLER etc
