You will be joining an expanding business and at a very exciting time!
You will be:
- taking calls from customers or referrals from the sales team
- establishing the specific requirements of the client
- amending drawings - if needed - to ensure the product meets the customers specifications - full training will be given but the ability to use CAD is essential
- liaising with the desingers if the amendment is significant enough to warrant a new design
- liaising with manufacturing to ensure the product can be produced
- informing the client the estimation of costs
You will need:
- excellent customer service skills
- the ability to use CAD
