The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for a Product Office Assistant to join our clients team based in the Baglan area.

Salary: Up to £34,700p.a depending on experience Hours of work: Full time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm Contract: Permanent
Purpose of the role:Elaborate and maintain the technical specifications and bills of material of the finished product for production.
Main responsibilities:
- Create the technical documents of the product, of raw and auxiliary materials and ensure their permanent updating
- In coordination with the Group Operating Process Office, manage the activities related to the creation of new products, providing the Marketing & Sales Area elements on the production cost
- Check, develop, manage and modify the lay out, decorations and technical characteristics of the finished product and its wrap
- Manage relationships with flexography and printer suppliers
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to the permanent improvement of products, materials and of the products palletizing system
- Guarantee an efficient management of the reference reporting
- Create the production batches
- Check the production amounts made and the raw materials used
- Apply the Corporate Principles and Value
Skills Required:
- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills, teamwork and leadership capability
- Proactive and organised
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office programs
