Videalert, part of Marston Holdings Ltd., are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operational Delivery Coordinator/Administrator to join our fantastic Transportation Technology Team.

You will be creating work orders for the production process of our product from the sale to creation and delivery to our customer. Previous experience is not required as training will be given but attention to detail and accuracy will be needed.

This role is critical in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our delivery processes through effective workflow management.

What you will be doing:

  • Controlling and managing work orders into Production.
  • Monitoring the progress of work orders and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders on status and any issues.
  • Supporting the coordination of our despatch process, liaising with our Field Engineers to ensure our product is sent to the correct location via our logistics solution.
  • Conducting quality audits via our asset management system, to ensure accuracy of the information held for our clients.
  • Supporting the end-to-end change management process within HALO ITSM, ensuring all changes are tested prior to release, reviewed, and approved in accordance with ITIL standards.
  • Working with our Power Bi team to implement and maintain reports, to enable accurate reporting.
  • Occasionally travelling to other sites.

 What you will need:

  • Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge and Skills.
  • Experience of using HALO ITSM or similar IT Service Management Tool would be ideal but not essential.
  • Flexibility to travel to other sites with occasional overnight stays.
