?? The Role:
- Machining & welding (milling, lathe, basic welding)
- Diagnosing & repairing faults across pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and small gearboxes
- Reacting to mechanical breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Planning & executing routine maintenance to keep operations running efficiently
- Keeping accurate records of maintenance work & fault diagnosis
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
?? What You Need:
? Time-served mechanical apprenticeship (essential)
? HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (desirable)
? Hands-on experience with machining, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and gearboxes
? Experience responding to breakdowns & completing fault diagnosis
? Self-motivated with strong analytical & problem-solving skills
? Packaging Experience
