Motor Service Advisor

Brook Street is working with a growing client in the Automotive industry that is seeking a Service Advisor on a Full-Time, Permanent basis.

Main duties:

• To deal with customer requirements for service and repairs.
• To manage handover of customer vehicles.
• To deal with parts & service enquiries.
• To upsell where possible.

Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:

Interested in Cars/Motor trade
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication skills
