The Recruitment Co. is seeking a Banksman for a Recycling facility in Neath, offering a pay rate of £11.50 per hour for the first 40 hours and £15.30 for overtime.
The role includes directing vehicle movement, laying out traffic systems, and ensuring safety on-site, with hours from Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 4.30pm.
This is a temporary to permanent position, contingent on passing a probation period, with a potential £50 bonus for full Saturday shifts.
Candidates should have previous banksman experience, and driving is preferred due to the location.
Salary can be reviewed based on experience.

The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for A Banksman to join our clients Recycling facility based in the Neath area.Rate of pay: £11.50ph for the first 40 hours then time and third for all hours worked thereafter which is £15.30ph. (Overtime available on a Saturday and if a full shift worked then you will receive a £50 bonus on top.)**Basic rate can be reviewed depending on experience**Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 6.30am-4.30pm DailyContract: Temporary to permanent role subject to passing probation period.Duties:-

Responsible for directing the movement of vehicles around the site
Recommending and laying out safe, on-site traffic systems
Providing clear, correct and safe directions to plant operators
Communicating with drivers and plant operators verbally and by radio and/or industry standard hand signals
Performing equipment checks and basic maintenance
Adhering to health and safety rules and regulations

Experience Required:-

Previous banksman experience ideally
