Property Compliance Manager

We have a permanent, full time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £52,122 pro rata per year, rising to £54,580 pro rata per year after key competencies of the role are met.

The role of Property Compliance Manager is a pivotal role as they are responsible for the successful delivery of Property Compliance across all Tai Tarian assets including line management of the Property Compliance team. Providing strategic and operational guidance this role will ensure properties are fit for purpose and fully compliant with all statutory, regulatory requirements ensuring good practice in relation to Fire Safety, Asbestos, Legionella, Gas safety, Electrical Safety, Stairlift and Passenger lifts and any future compliance streams that are identified.

To be successful in the role of Property Compliance Manager you will have 5 years previous experience of leading a successful team and be educated to Degree level, or equivalent experiencec in a related subject as well as having skills below:

  • Demonstrable evidence of identifying and leading on work streams that seek to achieve improvements for colleagues, customers, or the wider organisation.
  • Good judgment with knowledge and experience to make the right decision.
  • Resilient in an environment of conflicting and complex demands.
  • Ability to coach for success empowering colleagues to reach solutions.
  • Effective communication skills to be able to provide solution focused advice and support.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships and partnerships, based on mutual trust and accountability.
  • A change agent that can successfully influence and implement change with exceptional colleague engagement.
  • Ability to influence to deliver on strategic outcomes.
  • A good level of IT literacy, in particular the use of Microsoft Teams/Office plus other subject related systems/databases.
