Yolk Recruitment is seeking an upbeat and personable Receptionist to join a forward-thinking manufacturing company in Neath. The client specialises in innovative and high-quality manufacturing solutions.

I am looking for a self-motivated receptionist who can assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This is what you'll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for the company via the telephone and email, handling and directing enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Meet and greet all visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Collecting all staff members log in and out times.
  • Manage boardroom bookings
  • Assisting with sickness reporting and record holiday requests
  • Updating records of leavers and new starters and liaise with payroll/HR
  • Keeping track of visitors to site - signing in and out

And this is what you'll need:

  • Experience of supporting customers whether in person or other the telephone.
  • Ability to be highly organised and manage your own time and tasks.
  • Use a range of IT software, such as Microsoft packages.
  • Full training will be provided for this role.

And this is what you'll get:

  • Salary £24,000-£26,000
  • Monday -Friday 08.00-16.30 (flexibility on timings- to be discussed)
  • 28 days holidays, inc Bank Holidays (Christmas shut down)
  • Free parking onsite.
