Responsibilities:

? Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher? Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning atmosphere? Support students in their learning and encourage engagement? Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment? Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding protocols? Provide feedback on lessons and student progress to teaching staff? Adapt to different classroom settings and subjects as needed

Requirements:

? Previous experience working with children or young people (education, coaching, mentoring, or similar)? Strong classroom management and communication skills? A proactive and flexible approach to working in different school environments? Ability to engage and motivate students? Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)? Right to work in the UK? Registration with the EWC (or willingness to register)
