Prospero Teaching is seeking School Support Mentors for a special needs school focused on children with autism and social emotional and mental health needs.
These positions are suitable for individuals with both experience and those eager to learn more about working with special needs.
The role is temporary and full-time, starting ASAP, with hours from 8:45 am to 3:20 pm, Monday to Friday during term time.
The minimum salary for this position is £87.90 per day, with potential for contract extension or a permanent position based on performance.
Candidates should have some experience working with children and an understanding of childcare and special educational needs, along with up-to-date safeguarding training.

School support mentor -

Prospero Teaching are looking for a number of School support mentors to work within a special needs school, which caters for children with autism and social emotional and mental health needs.

These positions are open to individuals who may have experience working with these special needs, and to those who have limited experience but a passion to learn more within this field. Depending on performance, the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

A level of understanding about childcare and special educational needs

Some experience working with children
