Sonic Summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking School Support Mentors for a special needs school focused on children with autism and social emotional and mental health needs.
Candidates with both experience and limited experience but a passion for this field are encouraged to apply.
The positions are full-time, starting ASAP, and are temporary with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.
The minimum salary is £87.90 per day, with working hours from 8:45 am to 3:20 pm, Monday to Friday during term time only.
Applicants should have some understanding of childcare and special educational needs, along with recent safeguarding training.

School support mentor -

Prospero Teaching are looking for a number of School support mentors to work within a special needs school, which caters for children with autism and social emotional and mental health needs.

These positions are open to individuals who may have experience working with these special needs, and to those who have limited experience but a passion to learn more within this field. Depending on performance, the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

A level of understanding about childcare and special educational needs

Some experience working with children
