The Recruitment Co. is seeking an Industrial Cleaner for a position in the Baglan area, with a pay rate starting at £11.45 per hour, increasing to £11.68 per hour with training on MEWP and FLT equipment.
The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with safety guidelines and ISO 9001 standards, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 3.30pm.
Candidates must have previous industrial cleaning experience, particularly in factory environments, with FLT and MEWP experience being desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
This is a temporary to permanent position after 12 weeks, contingent upon meeting performance and job specifications.
A DBS check will be conducted on the first day, and the client's site enforces a strict no conviction policy.

The Recruitment Co. is urgently recruiting for an Industrial Cleaner to join our clients team based in the Baglan area. Paid Weekly!

Rate of Pay: £11.45ph increasing to £11.68ph if trained on MEWP & FLT equipment/ powered trucks
Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 7.30am-3.30pm daily
Contract: Temp to Perm after 12 weeks providing candidate meets performance and job spec criteria below.

Purpose: To maintain a high standard of cleaning of the site in line with safety guidelines and work instructions, product's safety and ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning the designated buildings area
Maintain a clean and safe environment for the day-to-day operations of the facility
Operate industrial cleaning machines and professional cleaning equipment if required
Cleaning at heights using Powered equipment
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
Ensure health & safety rules are adhered to

Skills required:

Previous Industrial cleaning experience, cleaning factory environments
Experience with FLT and MEWP desirable but not essential as training can be given

Our client's site has a NO conviction policy. DBS checks will be carried out on day one
