Our client, a leading B2B manufacture, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Needham Market on a full time permanent basis.
The Customer Service Representative will join a busy team of experienced Customer Service professionals, reporting to the Office Manager.
Key Job duties
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving any customer issues efficiently
- Process orders and update customer accounts accurately
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and stock availability
- General administration/data entry
Ideal Candidate Attributes
- Previous experience in a customer service or a account management role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial however not essential
