In this role, you will lead the night operations to meet deadlines while delivering outstanding customer service in distribution.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a multi-temperature workplace and has a knack for leading a team with accuracy and enthusiasm. You will support your team in the picking and packing areas, manage loading processes, and keep the warehouse running smoothly, ensuring orders reach clients on time.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Team Leader in a warehouse or production environment
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
- Organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Experience operating MHE, Counterbalance, and Reach (desirable)

The working hours for this role will be night shift, Sunday to Thursday.
Sunday - Midnight to 6am
Monday to Thursday - 9pm to 6am
