Planning Manager

£35,000 - £37,000 P/A

Needingworth, Cambridgeshire 

Full time | Permanent | 40 Hours per week 

Do you have experience working in the architecture, infrastructure, steelworks, temporary structure, seating design, construction design, scaffolding, marquee or events industries? 

Are you experienced in on site building and dismantling? 

Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Planning Manager to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to work on various projects to ensure resources, equipment, and delivery is completed smoothly and safely. 

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £37,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays, health cash plan, pension contributions, plus more!

This role is full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overall support for all planning projects, booking equipment, and working with the planning team to ensure stock availability.
  • Confirming full availability for equipment and materials for build, event, and dismantle.
  • Reporting on stock anomalies and any additional costs incurred.
  • Working closely with the warehouse team to confirm loading details and dispatch of kit. 
  • Working to full health and safety regulations. 

The ideal candidate:
  • Must have previous planning experience from an interiors, temporary structures, infrastructure, steelworks, seating design, construction design, scaffolding, marquee or events.
  • Will need to be familiar with on site building and dismantling.
  • Must have a flexible approach to work and be a fantastic communicator, prepared to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
