On behalf of our client, Acorn by Synergie are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to spearhead a team of 9 talented internal sales executives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the commercial requirements for services.
  • Ensure activity levels meet new business targets each month.
  • Produce daily reports on team performance.
  • Manage the team's KPIs, providing coaching and performance management when necessary.
  • Implement process improvements to increase team efficiency.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast expected sales for the team.
  • Generate monthly reports and analyse data to identify training and coaching needs.
  • Conduct regular one-to-ones with team members, supporting them with their personal development plans.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience managing a team of sales personnel.
  • Demonstrated success in people management and performance coaching.
  • Target-driven with a passion for achieving goals.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Assertive, with the ability to motivate and lead to achieve shared goals.
  • Able to build and nurture strong relationships.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, ensuring prioritising tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
