We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a school facility. This role requires managing split shifts from 7-9 AM and then 4-7 PM, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will ensure the school premises are safe, secure, and well-maintained, providing a conducive environment for educational activities.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Open and close the school premises, ensuring that all security measures are in place.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair works.
  • Manage the cleaning team to ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Respond to emergency situations or incidents on school grounds.
  • Liaise with external contractors and service providers.
  • Maintain records of maintenance schedules, incidents, and other relevant activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
