Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile invoices and manage revenue assurance.
- Identify and investigate revenue anomalies.
- Oversee billing processes for a portfolio of 25 customers.
- Handle mailbox management and respond to non-sales phone inquiries.
- Work closely with the Senior Assistance Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in billing, finance, or revenue assurance roles.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for handling queries professionally.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
