Billing Analyst

Location:Nelson, Lancashire (5 days per week in-office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconcile invoices and manage revenue assurance.
  • Identify and investigate revenue anomalies.
  • Oversee billing processes for a portfolio of 25 customers.
  • Handle mailbox management and respond to non-sales phone inquiries.
  • Work closely with the Senior Assistance Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in billing, finance, or revenue assurance roles.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
