Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile invoices and manage revenue assurance.
• Identify and investigate revenue anomalies.
• Oversee billing processes for a portfolio of 25 customers.
• Handle mailbox management and respond to non-sales phone inquiries.
• Work closely with the Senior Assistance Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in billing, finance, or revenue assurance roles.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for handling queries professionally.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
