Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 12:15 PM (Term Time Only)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Teaching Assistant to join our team and work at a Primary School in Nelson, Lancashire. This role involves working in a Year 3 class, providing support to the class teacher and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
- Support individual students or small groups with their learning activities.
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Provide feedback to the class teacher on student progress and any areas of concern.
- Assist with the supervision of students during break times and other activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A patient and caring attitude.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
