Right now, we are looking for an experienced Home Manager must be NMC qualified ( RGN / RMN / nurse ) to join the fantastic Care Home based near Pontypridd. Registered for up to 52 residents. The home has a great reputation in the area. The home specialises the following care categories:

  • Mental Health Condition
  • Older Person Care
  • Respite Care


This is a very well run home with excellent staffing and could be a great opportunity for a Deputy Manager looking for a step up to Home Manager. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high quality care and achieving good CQC ratings.
  • NMC pin ( NURSE / RGN / RMN ) 
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Recognised qualification in health & social care
