Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our youngest pupils, creating a safe and engaging learning environment, and supporting each child's individual development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support the holistic development of each child.
- Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the wider school community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a focus on Early Years education.
- Early Career Teacher (ECT) status preferred.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
