Your New Role

As a Senior HR Officer, you will champion the company culture and ensure a high-quality, consistent, and caring service within the People Operations team. You will mentor and support team members, navigate the complexities of a growing business shaped by M&A activity, and build strong relationships across all levels. Your responsibilities will include advising managers on integration periods for new starters, supporting HR casework, providing employment law advice, managing sickness absence cases, and assisting with family-friendly processes. Additionally, you will support organisational design, lead redundancy and TUPE processes, and participate in project work.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge of employment law and the latest employment legislation.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to challenge constructively and provide the right advice to identify and mitigate risk.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Collaborative team player and proactive self-starter.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and authenticity.
  • Full UK driving license.
