Conveyancing Solicitor / Qualified Conveyancer

A highly reputable, multi service law firm which has an fantastic reputation across the North West is looking for a Qualified or experienced Conveyancer to join their high performing property department in Lancashire however will offer 3-4 days remote working.

Remuneration & benefits

  • £35,000 - £45,000
  • Hybrid/Remote
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

The Role

  • Manage a mixed caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases and TOE files from inception to completion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients
  • Delegate work to the assistants and support staff
  • Service existing clients to an exceptional standard
  • Deal with and raise enquires

The Candidate

  • Possess a minimum of 3-4 years fee earning experience in a residential property role
  • Ideally qualified however not essential
  • Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Have the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
