As site manager you will be responsible for the full oversight of a new build multi story RC & Steel frame construction from site establishment through to handover. You will ideally have come up through the Engineer route into site management, and will be responsible for overseeing; groundworks, piling, R/S & Steel frame structures, cladding and MEP. Interior fit out experience is not essential beyond shell and core.
With a head office based in the South East, my client works nationally and has project teams working throughout the country, and upon completion of the initial project outlined above, you will move on to further projects in the NW and West Yorkshire, however depending on the individual there is the opportunity to work countrywide delivering schemes if that suits.
If you do not come from an engineering background, you must have demonstrable experience delivering new build projects from site set up through to completion overseeing all packages outlined above in the UK.
