We are seeking two passionate, qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our dynamic team. If you are dedicated to fostering the development of young children, have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and hold the relevant qualifications, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's development across all areas
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure children's needs are met
  • Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) using tailored strategies
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere
Essential Criteria:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ)
  • Experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, speech and language delay, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Passionate about working with young children and supporting their individual needs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • DBS check (required)
Desirable:
  • First Aid qualification
  • SENCO qualification or experience
