About the Role:

As a School Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of the school office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing pupil records and maintaining SIMS (preferred experience)
  • Handling parent and visitor enquiries, providing excellent customer service
  • Processing attendance data, liaising with staff and parents where necessary
  • Assisting with school communications, including letters, emails, and newsletters
  • Supporting finance and HR administration as required
  • Organising school events and meetings, ensuring efficient diary management
